Delivery Costs
- Items up to 50,000.00 – 200 to 2,000.00 (Dhaka)
- Items up to 99,999.99 – 800 to 4,000.00 (Dhaka)
- All items over 100,000.00 – Free Delivery (Dhaka)
Please e-mail us on sales@dhakacane.com, with the details of the products you require and your location and we will respond with a quote for product delivery.
Overseas Deliveries
We do not deliver overseas.
Delivery Time
Once your order is placed we will send out a confirmation email, which contains an order reference number and order status, which will remain stated as ‘Awaiting fulfilment’ until your item is ready for dispatch. Depending on your ordered product we aim to dispatch item(s) as soon as possible although some items can take up to 6 weeks. In some cases our products may be shipped from our suppliers directly to you. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third party courier companies. If you require a specific delivery date, please make a note of this when placing your order.
Delivery
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a status update as ‘Shipped’. Our deliveries are normally made through a third party courier company, please ensure that there is adequate access and they are not permitted to remove packaging or assemble the product. If you cannot be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the courier or email us at sales@dhakacane.com  if the goods can be left with a neighbor or at a location around the property that your happy with. Once your items have been delivered, we will send an email with an order status update as ‘Completed’.
Please note if access for delivery is restricted please ensure that you inform us when placing your order or in all circumstances prior to dispatch. Do not just send an email, text or leave a voicemail, you must inform us by telephone and talk to an employee in the dispatch department (+8801708066001); otherwise if there is a problem with access to the property you will be liable for a BDT 3,500.00 re-delivery charge.
