As your order is placed, we will send out a confirmation email. The email will contain an order reference number and order status. It will remain stated as ‘Awaiting fulfillment’ until your item is ready for dispatch. Depending on your ordered product we aim to dispatch item(s) as soon as possible. Although some items can take up to 6 weeks. In some cases, our products may shipped from our suppliers directly to you. We will not take any responsibility for delivery delays caused by third party courier companies. If you require a specific delivery date, please make a note of this when placing your order.

After dispatching your order, we will send you an email with a status update as ‘Shipped’. Third-party courier company makes our deliveries normally. Please ensure that there is adequate access to the delivery address. Also, they don’t have permission to remove packaging or assemble the product. If you cannot be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the courier or email us at email@example.com if the goods can be left with a neighbor or at a location around the property that your happy with. We will send an email with an order status, update as ‘Completed’ after the successful completion of delivery.
Do not just send an email, text or leave a voicemail, you must inform us by telephone and talk to an employee in the dispatch department (+8801708066001); otherwise if there is a problem with access to the property you will be liable for a BDT 3,500.00 re-delivery charge.
